Hill Health Strategies is a boutique federal government affairs practice focusing on health care policy. We seek to keep our clients informed and inform federal policymakers.

Hill Health Strategies was founded by Kyle Hill in 2025. Kyle is a recognized expert in health care policy, with over 10 years of experience on Capitol Hill advising senior members of the House of Representatives. Kyle advised Members during consideration of three reconciliation packages including the Inflation Reduction Act, the American Rescue Plan, and the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and was a senior policy aide during consideration of the Medicare Access and Chip Reauthorization Act of 2015 (MACRA). While serving on Capitol Hill, Kyle was the lead staff member of the Health Care Innovation Caucus which focused on value-based care and alternative payment models. His experience also includes roles with the National Association of ACOs and Healthfirst, a value-based health insurance organization.
